Did you know Krishna’s Lohri celebration look was inspired by Shah Rukh Khan?

Zee TV’s popular fiction show, Kumkum Bhagya has been a favorite of the audience due to its intriguing plot and authentic portrayal of relatable characters like Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia), Pragya (Sriti Jha), Rhea (Pooja Banerjee), Alia (Rehna Pandit). Ranbir (Krishna Kaul) and Prachi (Mugdha Chaphekar). While the show keeps its viewers on the edge of their seats through some dramatic twists and turns, in the coming episodes, we will see the Kohli family celebrating Lohri with full gusto and joy.

Everyone on the sets of Kumkum Bhagya was looking forward to celebrate the festival while shooting, however, Krishna Kaul was over the moon. And he certainly had a reason to be this excited. It was because he finally got a chance to dress up in an extraordinary way as his favorite actor Shah Rukh Khan on the small screen. For the Lohri celebrations on Kumkum Bhagya, Krishna actually took inspiration from Shah Rukh Khan’s look from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. The actor wore a black and silver Pathani suit, as did Shah Rukh in his iconic song – Yeh Ladka Hai Allah.

Talking about the same, Krishna said, “I am extremely happy and excited about the Lohri celebrations in Kumkum Bhagya. As everyone already knows, I am a huge Shah Rukh fan, and I wish him Kabhi Khushi Kabhie. I have grown up watching Gham dance wearing a black and silver pathani outfit. And now, I have got a chance to dress up like her in Kumkum Bhagya. I couldn’t be happier! Ever since it was decided that I would be her As I wear it, I was eagerly waiting for the shoot to happen. I was really feeling like a badshah during the shoot, and I can’t wait for the episode to air now.”

While Ranbir’s look will really impress you, wait till you see some high voltage drama as Rhea tries to burn Prachi’s leg to prevent her from interfering in the Lohri ceremony. But will Rhea succeed and complete the Lohri puja with Ranbir? Or will Ranbir end the puja with Prachi?

To know, watch Kumkum Bhagya every Monday to Friday at 9 PM only on Zee TV.
